Ingredients

of flour: a mixture with or without gluten
or your preferred flour (see note below)
80 to 100
g
of sugar
I prefer muscovado
1
tbsp
baking powder
homemade if available
½
tsp
of baking soda
½
tsp
of sea salt
Optional: ¼ tsp of your favorite spice
like nutmeg or cinnamon
Instructions
In a bowl or preserving jar, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and optional spice.
Mix well.
Store the muffin mix in a tightly sealed jar in a cool place until ready to use.
