Instructions
Mix dough ingredients. Knead until smooth.
Let rise for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 445 °F (230 °C).
Prepare tomato topping.
Roll dough, cut mini rounds.
Top with tomato, mozzarella, oil.
Bake 10–12 min.
Add basil and serve warm.
