Ingredients
  

  • 2 ½ cups flour
  • ¾ cup warm water
  • 2 ¼ tsp dry yeast
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¾ cup crushed tomatoes
  • 5 oz mozzarella
  • Fresh basil
  • Olive oil salt, pepper

Instructions
 

  • Mix dough ingredients. Knead until smooth.
  • Let rise for 1 hour.
  • Preheat oven to 445 °F (230 °C).
  • Prepare tomato topping.
  • Roll dough, cut mini rounds.
  • Top with tomato, mozzarella, oil.
  • Bake 10–12 min.
  • Add basil and serve warm.
