- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts such as almonds, pecans, or walnuts
- 1/4 cup dried fruit such as raisins, cranberries, or apricots, chopped
- 1/4 cup seeds such as sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
